Hello everyone, I thought I would introduce myself. We can start with the basic professional stuff first then get to personal stuff. I have been doing Real Estate now for about 8 years. I built this team and we are probably best known by our peers as people who are progressive and on the cutting edge of Spokane Real Estate. I started at Gregg Jones and Associates on the South Hill which is now Exit Real Estate. I earned "Rookie of the Year" status my first full year in real estate. I also won numerous top listing agent and top selling agent awards while I was there. I left there and went to Keller Williams who had been trying to recruit me for a while and finally their offer was too good to pass up. I had baby number one on the way and was excited to see what a national company like Keller Williams had to offer. I was at Keller Williams for about a year and a half and my friend Mike McAdams from Gregg Jones and Associates had started his own company and kept offering me great deals to come over to his company. I finally caved in when he offered me a deal too good to pass up. I have been there now for quite a few years and like it there. After about 4 years there I decided to go back to Keller Williams. I love that they are progressive thinkers like me, and I think it is a perfect fit for me.
My experience before this was in restuarant and retail management. I would go into troubled stores and fix them. I trained managers and have managed for big companies like Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Arbys, and Noodle Express. When I was younger I worked in a Gym and at GNC and then went on to start my own business selling water filters and environmentally safe products. I have worked on construction sites and in music and video production and many other things. My experience has taught me to understand a large variety of environments and people. My personality type is considered Aggressive/Creative. Which fits marketing, negotiating, sales, and Real Estate. I am driven and believe you should always do your best and I always want to be the best at everything I do. This is matched by my desire to help people and make sure they are taken care of. These two things are the essence of my core values. Be the best at what you do and help people with your talent. So now let's get to the personal side. ----------------- Well when I'm not being mr serious real estate man, most people who know me would probably say I am a funny guy. I like to make things fun and keep people on thier toes. I write and play worship music. I really enjoy that. I am a big Bible student and love studying the word of God. I can read Hebrew and have created a Bible study system that has taken me about three years to finish. I also am illustrating coloring pages for the entire old testament for an illustrated bible study system for kids. I also am working on videos for kids teaching them the bible like Baby Einstein videos only for the Bible. It is definetly a passion of mine. We have a home fellowship and I write messages every week on the corresponding bible portion. I play guitar, and Djembe. I have 4 wonderful kids and a wife who I love. They are all 4 and under, Isaiah is 4, Noah is 3 , Eliana is 2, and Talia is 9 months, and I just found out number 5 is on the way. I was an only child growing up with a tough childhood. We were poor and my mom was into bad situations. We lived from place to place sometimes in the back of a car. I never had that sense of family and homelife that many grow up with so I love kids and having friends over. Growing up I learned to get good at things always feeling like an outsider. I started skating, then snowboarding and got sponsered while I was in high school. I thought I was going to do that forever and then coach pros after that, but an injury at a competition changed all of that. I had to have reconstructive surgery on my knee and then when trying to learn to walk again, I picked up a bodybuilding magazine and started working out. I got a job at a gym and GNC and thought I would compete. Then I got into a MLM and thought I was going to save the world and get rich. That was so tough but I learned so much in those years about myself and people. Then when I got into the work world I was way over achieving. After managing for many companies I learned that politics mattered more than performance aso I left management and went into sales. Real estate was my final home and I love it. It blends all the things I love to do. I like football, favorite teams the Patriots, and the Chargers, and the Colts too. I look forward to our annual street game on Thanksgiving morning we play with some guys at Sheridan Elementary. I Golf though not very well. And I love to blog and work on my website. Favorite shows are the Office, Greys Anatomy, 24, most HD nature shows. Music selections are all over the place, but my favorite is a group called Moshav, Mattisyahu, Shane and Shane, and My own music of course. So there you have it, my life story in a nutshell. If you think that sounded exciting you should get to know me ;] |
