One bedroom available in a home with 3 others. This room has an enclosed balcony that is only accessable from the room. A bedroom window that faces South and a balcony window that faces West, good closet, and all new carpeting.
The walls are in fair condition. Size is about 8 by 10. Balcony is about 3 by 5. There is no additional room in the kitchen so you will have to have a small refridgerator and keep any unprepared food in your room. You will have to share 1.5 bathrooms with us. There is not always parking on the street. There would be more parking in the back of the house but the landlord has reneged on cleanng it up. There is piles of items scattered around the side and back and garrage so the outdoor area is limited. There are three sections of stairs in this home, all of which are shallow in depth. Washer and dryer are included. You must be a non smoker, non drinker and no criminal record or ANY court records of ANY type. You must have verifiable landlord references for the past 3 years and have no record of problems or non payment or late payment. This room is for one person not a couple. This is the warmest room in the house, at night if the furnace kicks on, this room gets the hottest. In the daytime with the sun coming in the window its also a very warm room so I suggest it to somone that likes warmth. NO pets. No kids as we allready have one here.This bedroom is below an office that we usually are in an up late at night and the floor is very loud when it is walked on. You will be living with a family that keeps an unemployed schedule at this time.
One here is a student and the upper floor is often in a mess from school work on the floor and dining room table.

If you’re a decent cook and are willing to help with meal preparation, we would be more then willing to eat dinners and things together to help you reduce your food bill as well.

Because I am female and mainly looking for help when my husband is at work and unable to do so I would prefer another female around my age. (18-25 ish) We are located about a quarter mile from SCC, so this would be ideal for a college student needing a temporary place to stay. My husband does work graveyards so the main times I’d really need you is between approx 9 pm and 7 am. (though I would most likely only need help once or twice in that time so you‘d be welcome to sleep as long as you would be able to wake up if I needed you) and maybe 1-2 hours of housework stuff at your convenience throughout the day.

We are a drug, smoke, and alcohol free household and prefer you to abstain from these activities also. If we are interested in having you here, we will request an interview and a background check. There will be a new born in the house so we would like to find someone who is quiet and doesn’t intend on having people over.

We are more then willing to work with the person we decide on. Please give us a detailed description of your personality and what living with you would be like.
